With the help of this adapter from InLine it is possible to connect devices with an HDMI input to graphics cards with a DisplayPort as output. For this purpose, audio signals are supported, it is no additional audio cable needed (if graphics card and TV support this synonymous).

This is especially recommended if you want to connect three displays to a graphics card, but none of the monitors has a DisplayPort, but has an HDMI input.

The passive adapter supports HDCP (High-Definition Content Protection) and complies with DisplayPort 1.2 and HDMI 1.3b. It enables resolutions of up to 1920 x 1080 pixels, so it is also suitable for the transmission of HDTV content.
